morning cardio meal..?
wow u ppl sure sleep a lot lol ever since i started cycle i sleep at 12 midnight wake up 4 am or 5 am.. and nap at like 2 pm til 5 pm then hit the weights..
i need some help with this.. im thinkin im tired of oatmeal lol i saw this kellogs special 99% fat free wheat flakes & rice .. so i was wondering after my morning cardio i usually wait 45 mins before i eat/drink anything.. would it be alright to have this ? heres the nutrition info.. oh and i usually have 30/60 g protein shake first before any food.. after cardio..

oh and if i wanted oatmeal how much should i eat ? 1 cup? i usually take down 4 tbsp's only mixed in tea + cholest free evap milk 10 kcals per tbsp.. and 2 packs of sweet low .. 6 kcals..

I always eat a pro/fat meal after cardio first thing in the morning.

Usually I eat flax seed oil with a whey protein shake. Honestly, I hate eating in the morning but by my second meal I am starving. The pro/fat meal after cardio is to keep the fat burning process going as long as possible.

will tuna in water + mayo be alright?

For sure. I just recommend that you do not ingest any carbs for your first meal after cardio. Tuna and mayo would be great.
