k im on cutting cycle .. winny / test prop / eq / clen injectable.
i lift weights every other day and cardio everyday on an empty stomache 45 min jog/inclined walk
heres how my diet looks like..
* 7:00 am* cardio walk/run/cycle 45 mins
* 7:45 am* tuna in water 6.5 oz with mayo
*10:00 am* 3 sweet potatos boiled/ squashed into 1 bowl total
* 1:00 pm* full chicken + grilled onions
* usually nap around here til workout else i have yoghurt or skimmed milk
* 5:00 pm* hit weights
* after workout* 60 g protein powder in 8 oz water
*thinking about dinner could i have dinner? or since its cutting its better not to have anything after that?
