    ::Question Here::

    Ok- I have completed my first cycle. 12 weeks of cyp only.
    During my cycle I was hungry as s h i t all the time and I ate chicken and beef thats it. I would go through a package of 93% lean beef every day and a 12 pack of chx in a week.
    My question here is this. I still am eating the beef and chx every day. I mean I eat **** near a lb in one sitting. WILL this have any long term effects on my organs or am I just worrying too much??? Im not sure but eating red meat every single day does not seem logical. ANY advice or opinions welcome-
    Thanks in advance

    its a bit more expensive, but i buy packaged steaks from cows that are naturally grass fed, their healthier.

    I'm not qualified to directly answer your question, but eating loads of sat fat isn't good. Try to incorporate olive oil and salmon (or other fatty fish) as this will go a long way toward keeping you arteries opened up.
