    Tuna with an apple

    Is eating 2 oz of tuna mixed with a tbsp of fat free mayo followed by eating a medium sized apple a good pro/carb meal for lunch good for someone who is on a maintanence diet (not cutting or bulking).

    2oz of tuna and an apple is a whopping 150kcals or so. Thats not maintenance bro thats starvation!! I couldnt imagine only eating 2oz of tuna. One can has 5oz of tuna and I'm still a hungry bastard after that. Eat like a man!!

    two cans at a time or bust....while maintaining ur calorie intake gotta be high

    As well, an apple is fructose, so if you are looking to carbs for energy/blood glucose/muscle glycogen, you want to pick something else.
