Aight guys i was wondering after cardio session in the am i usually have 6 oz tuna mixed with 1 tbsp mayo as pro/fat meal as most u guys advised me after cardio to have pro/fat.. i was wondering would it make a big dif if i added boiled brocc or cauliflower and some boiled eggwhites perhaps or 1 whole egg with yolk boiled? with tuna + mayo or add some of those and remove mayo and stick in mustard or something lol i want a new taste after cardio :( :afro:
