    60% protein 20/20 fat/carbs or 50/20/30 ?

Does it sound rediculous to run my diet 60% protein, 20% fat, and 20% carb?

I am currentluy 5'11 @ 180 pounds. I would be happy with gaining 20 pounds.

What %'s seem to work best when starting a first cycle?

How about 50% protein, 20% fat, and 30% carbs? Adjusting protein % to maintain a 1.5-2.0 per pound ratio.

I use a program to keep track of my diet where I am able to insert these percentages....makes it really easy to see what do and dont need to eat. Guess I am just looking for some feedback from people who may do the same, thanks

you definitly need more carbs then protein
and make sure theyre all COMPLEX carbs not simple

only simple carbs immediately after working out... such as dextrose

Percentages don't mean diddly-squat unless we see where/why those are distributed and with what.

I am pretty lightweight, 180 pounds. I am trying to keep a 2.0g per body weight in protein. Using those percentages works with my current diet, about 2500 calories. I will be upping my calorie intake quite considerably somewhat soon and adjusting the %'s
