Im in week 2 of a 4ad, m1t cycle. Im doing 400mg transdermal 4ad and 10mg m1t. IM also on hmb, and zma and multivitamin. Right now im 5'9" 185 and im looking to get up to about 200 lbs. My body fat is under 10 and id like to keep it that way and maybe even lose some body fat. Let me know what i need to do to my diet in order to put on 15 lbs and either lose body fat or remain the same.

cardio 9:30 am - 10 min jumprope and stretch

1. 10:00 - shake with flax, 2 egg whites

2. 12:00 - 4 egg whites, 1/2 oats with lite syrup

3. 2:00 - chicken breast with bbq sauce and salade with fat free dressing

4. 5:00 - 2 apples, 1 bananna

workout 530-730ish

5. Pwn - 730 - protein shake, creatine with gatorade

6. PPwn - 830 - Either chicken with bbq and veggies and yogurt or burito bowl from chipotle with chicken, rice, cheese, lettice

7. 11:00 - shake with flax and or low carb protein bar with 80 calories from fat and 24 grams of protein..

Please let me know what parts of my diet should be changed in order to put on 15 lbs of lean muscle and to lose or remain the same in terms of body fat. Thanks
