    High Protein Meals W/O Chicken?

As I sit here eating my 3rd can of tuna for the day, now I know how cats feel... Every single recipe for high protein food has to do with chicken, which is alright but it's definately not my favorite thing. What are some other foods I can be creative with a still get a good protein content(i already know about steak).

Try canned salmon. I mix mine with fresh dill a little mayo and a hard boiled egg. It's really good and its really good for you.

How can anyone get tired of chicken. It makes up 90% of my daily protein. I love it.

    I'm with you on that!

I think beef is the best...I was in a london broil phase, but it's a pain in the butt because you have to marinade it...If you grill it, it's usually very tough and very chewy and you have to scrub the $hit out of the grill to get the grizzle off...I'll usually crockpot it, but it takes a long time to cook even then it's not the best tasting steak...

Chicken I skip the marinade, throw on my dry spices, cook it up, grill wipes clean with one pass of a paper towel, dice it up, and I'm done...

2 KC Strips / day 78 grams protein. 1lb 93% lean beef- 56 grams protein. You can make lettuce and beef tacos with williams taco seasoning, lots of sodium or salt in the seasoning but Im not worried about bloat.
