    Just got ahold of this book in pdf format for free. But before I read it I want to know what you guys think of it? Is it worth the read or a waste of time

    I think it's worth while to read it, but it's nothing more than a CKD.

    Yep, it's the origin behind CKD but awesome read. It goes very in depth behind all the theories and ideas behind CKD.
