    Wobenzyme?

I know it should be in the Supp forum..., was advised to check it out by a good friend....

Anyone ever use it? I asked LMO and he had never heard of it... SC?

It's supposed to be a digestive aid, that helps your joints out as well...

    Any feedback would be great...

Yes, used it during my patellar rehab. It's supposed to cure damaged proteins (tissues) in the body. Bromelain (papaya enzyme) is more of a digestive aid if you are looking for one of those.

Not sure how much it really helped, and it's quite costly!!!

I was looking into it more for my shoulder, than as a digestive aid to be honest...
Was suggested that I take it for a month or so, and that it would really help my shoulder recover... and I'm aware that it's expensive, but figured 1 month of it or so wouldn't be too bad on the pocketbook....
    Thanks for the reply...
