they have it at the grocery store ive read on this board,its the same as corn starch but dont recall seeing a bag of corn starch there. Is splenda the same?
i heard equal is but it comes in little ass packets.i have been to kent nutrion site but i am not sure if i will finish 10lbs of that stuff. i am new at this

Bro, you will go thru alot of it, just get the 10lbs from Kent ....
It's cheap as hell too.... think about it though, you will use about 80-90g each PWO you have...

Bro, do you understand what dextrose is? It's a simple sugar, basically the same as glucose with 4 cargs/gram. Splenda and Equal are ARTIFICIAL sweeteners! They have no carbs and no calories. Splenda is sucralose and Equal is aspartame/nutrasweet. Order the 10lbs. from Kent. You're going to put around 100grams in each PWO shake. Do the math.

there is 5 grocery stores within half mile from me i just assume i can get it there....let me rephrase....if i was at the store what would i look for to find it ? please make sure to give me some more baking soda jokes too!
