Im not a pro I just want to lose a **** load of fat but still keep some mucsle mass and I heard that taking creatine would help that at the same time giving me strength gains as well.

creatine won't hinder fatloss. However, it will cause u to hold more water, which may make you look bloated.
did the guy at GNC tell you that creatine will get you huge and shredded? :lol:
