pre-work out
What's a good pre-work out meal, or just some examples of what you guys are having.
I'm currently having a can a tuna with full fat mayo.

I do chicken, veges, brown rice. About 1 hour before WO.

Just a regular pro/fat meal like grounded turkey and flax seed oil, etc.

Right now, sh*t, whatever I want.
Pizza, taquitos, chips, grits, cereal, etc.
