    Diet critique....curious

    I have read the sticky at the top about cutting which I found to be EXTEREMELY informative. I got a diet from one of my friends that works at a personal trainer out of world's gym in Orlando and I just want to see what "you" think. I realize its lacking PWO and fats.

    Day 1
    Meal 1-7 50g pro
    Meal 1-5 75g carbs
    Meal 6-7 50g carbs

    Day 2
    Meal 1-7 50g pro
    Meal 1-5 50 g carbs
    Meal 6 25g carbs
    Meal 7 no carbs

    Day 3
    Meal 1-7 50g pro
    Meal 1-3 50 g carbs
    Meal 4-5 25 g carbs
    Meal 6-7 no carbs

    Day 4
    Meal 1-7 50 g carbs
    Meal 1-4 25g carbs
    Meal 5-7 no carbs

    He said to cycle it for a month and switch up. Anything good come from this or should I just somewhat follow the getting cut diet at a staple? Thanks for any help what-so-ever

    Oh yeah and Im looking to cut. Im 235 about 14-16%bf.

    List what you are eating for each meal.

    What you are eating is probably more important even then what the amount of protein, carbs, and fats you are eating.

    You'll want to lay out the actual foods and all that, it's confusing as is.

    However, fats are lacking big time, and that's a plethora of carbs to be cutting with.

    Then again, what do I know.

    Yeah that's the guidelines I got. Im going to put together a diet with foods and use the sticky as the backbone. Thanks for the input. The diet looked like a dead end esp after looking at this forum. Thanks guys
