pwo timing question
in about 2 weeks i will be goin to a new gym. most of the time the only way i can get down will be by bike.Its about a 15-20 mins bike ride. Would it be alright to just stick around the gym for 15-20 mins while stretching or being in the sauna or something and drink it then...and then bike home?

Sure, sounds good to me.
There is a 45 minute "window" of opportunity and it is said that you should have your PWO within that time frame, but in general most people take it immediately after or within 10-15 minutes after lifting.

yea thats what i was thinking first off...but wont the simple carbs get used as a source of energy seeing how im riding my bike instead of restoring the glycogen in the muscles that were worked?

sounds good to me bro. You could use the bike ride home as your cooling down period and drink on the way, but im sure the gym wont have any beef with ya 4 drinkin it down there though
