    question on complex carb powder

    should i still use carb powder if i'm trying to lose some BF. i know it's difficult to lose BF and gain muscle but i would be happy to just keep what i have and start losing my gut. you need carbs right no matter what...right?

    What is this "complex" stuff?

    I'd use dextrose pwo myself.

    Wrong!!! Doesnt matter at this point. Immediately after workout drink pwo. I. personally wait about 1 hour and have my ppwo meal, consisting of complex carbs and protein. It doesnt matter what time of day that your pwo or ppwo falls, you need them.
