I have been eating like this for about 4 months and i have made some great natural gains from it. I just wanted to post it and get some feedback from some vets about it. Is this a good diet. Should i slow down a bit. I hope not because i love to eat this stuff. well here it is:
    6:30 am- 6 egg omelet
    3 cups milk
    Orange juice
    8 oz. Steak
    Bagel
    9:00 a.m.- 1.5 chicken breasts
    1 pack of tuna
    6 slices bread
    Tea
    Salad
    Bake potatoe
    12:00 p.m. whey protein shake
3 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches
    1 chicken breast
    3 cups milk
3:00 p.m.- some kind of fruit
Few slices bread with peanut butter
    6:00 p.m.- 2 chicken breasts
    Slice of chocolate pie
    Tea
    7:30-10:00- Work out
    10:10-Protein shake
    2 chicken breasts
    Oatmeal
    11:15- fruit

Well, i just wanted people to read this because some dont know how to eat and just think that takin aas will make their muscles grow and they dont realize they must EAT EAT EAT. Just hope this is an eye-opener for someone. Feel free to make suggestions.

I'd have to eat much cleaner than that to pack on quality lean mass, but if this is working for YOU, then that is all that matters.

    Happy Holidays.

Your definitely puttin some food down. If you can get by without adding too much fat and getting LBM gains then it sounds good. I know I would put on some fat eating like that, but thats me. Although i have been eating like this way the past week, due to vacation in Gatlinburg and it was fackin greaat, but back on the program tomorrow. So Good Luck.

Do you have a hard abs? I mean, that's sort of my diet, and I cant seem to get flat enough abs. I am curious if you can get a 6 pack or just, flat, hard abs and still be eating alot of fat and bread.
