    Boston Market meals pre workout

Is the food from Boston Market nutritious? I'm talking about the chicken (1/4 white meat NO skin), turkey, gravy, green beans, broccoli, mashed potatoes, and potatoes au gratin.

I plan on eating, sometimes for pre workout, either chicken or turkey with gravy and 2 sides (1 veggie and 1 starch).

Is this good for someone who is NOT cutting?

What about Lean Cuisine or Healthy Choice frozen dinners? They are low cal low fat....sometimes need something quick. But I worry about nutritional values.

Not enough protein to begin with. There are infinitely better choices out there to have.

maybe that would be an ideal choice if you were a 110 lb female on a weight watchers program, not concerned with muscular atrophy or the yo-yo effect!

Read the stickies above and decide which you need to use as a guideline based on your goals!
