quick diet question
As I have said before I struggle to get the amount of calories I need each day and tend to cheat a little, but I recently came across a meal replacement powder whick packs in roughly 1800 calories.
In theory if i do one of these after cardio in the morning and a half measure before bed as well as my PWO shake and my normal meals each day I should start to see some good solid gains.......right ?

What's the macronutrient breakdown on that powder? Protein, carbs, fats? Sugar? Even if you are bulking I do not advise that you ingest sugar before going to sleep, as well, if you want to maximize the fat burning potential of your cardio in the morning, ingesting carbs after words isn't the best idea.
However, I don't know your individual situation so I'm not sure what your body needs to grow. Depending on the quality of product and your needs/goals, it could help you.

depends on ur body type u might gain some fat and wut kinda carbs r in there?
