830am is the latest I can hit the weights right now due to my job..If I do my cardio at 5 or 530 on an empty stomach is that ample time for rest to not affect my strength training? Appreciate any input

IMO u need 3 meals in before you lift. If you seperate them by 2 hours then you have a 6 hour rest periodQuote:
