How much PWO shake do you take when lifting smaller muscle groups.
My workout schedule is as follows
Monday Back-Bi's
Tuesday Chest-Tri's
Wed Off
Thurs Shoulders-Traps
Friday Legs
All my days include a large muscle group except thursdays. Should my PWO shake be the same (2 scoops whey, 1/2 cup dex) even though shoulders and traps aren't that huge of a muscle group.

i think that thats a large muscle group because the traps kinda tie in with the delts...so id say have the same pwo as u would any other lifting day so u dont cheat them the nutrients
