whats the best MRP

Can someone reccomend a good meal replacement powder? I did a search bu tnothing came up

All crap, in my opinion. What do you want to use them for?

Its just a struggle to get the required amount of calories each day so wanted to give it a head start in the morning and at night

Sounds like a good idea. But do you know how many calories I could expect to get in this recipe ?

Im going all out here for a maximum calorie recipe so any other ideas would be great
