Where can I find nutritional facts?
Hey guys. Started keeping a log to monitor exactly what I'm eating. I was wondering if there was anywhere online where I can search for what foods have what nutritional values? I know you guys are educated, but I don't want to make a post a day asking about what I ate. Looking for calories, fat, carbs and protein if possible. Thanks.

I would start on the back label of whatever you buy.

All of them are just what I was looking for, thanks. Just one more question: What do you think the nutritional content is of a slice of pizza? All of the sites listed it for store-bought or chain restaurants but what about an estimate for a NYC slice?
