A gram to two of protein per pound of bodyweight.
i know that 1.5-2 grams is the rule of thumb, but is it overkill? so what you're saying is that 185g wwould do the trick???
Depends on your goals. But i would say a gram per pound would be sufficient.
You need 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per lb per day
