I cant stomach flax oil
I have tried over and over to try and take that stuff down and I am truly weak. I just cant take that stuff, I feel like throwing up. And there is no way I can see myself ever incorporating that into my life. No way, no how. Is there a suitable substitute I can use instead of flax. Can I not substitute flax for natural peanut butter. I normally eat pro/fat meals after cardio and right before sleep, can I just eat peanut butter instead of using flax with my protein drinks or is that a no-no?

Bro I had your problem when I first started but now I just drop a tablespoon in the back of my mouth and hold my breath and take it. It's casual now. Just drop it behind your tongue so you don't taste it. I don't mix it with my shakes because then I can really taste it.

Then use other EFAs. Almonds are good, olive oil etc etc etc. Just find a few you like and swap em. Maybe once in a while if you can handle it have some flax seed oil, but it's not going to kill you if you don't use it

I had to sub the flax with olive oil.
Olive oil goes good with everything.

Olive it is then! If I marinate my chicken breast in olive oil for a bit, then grill it with some lemon pepper (or other seasoning)... is that good enough?

Cooking the oil will denature it a bit......either take a tablespoon of it straight or use another fat source.

Flax is the bomb.
It's health properties and fat loss assistance totally negate any nasty taste it may have because it's just so d*mn good for you. I actually like the taste, but I'm a loco mother f*cker.

Sorry if I'm beating a dead horse here, but does olive oil (and/or peanut butter) equate to Flax oil's health properties and fat loss assistance? Or is Flax superior and cannot even be compared to? Is there THAT much of a difference?

Suck it up and take the flax for gods sake, we all make sacrifices here. Chase it with your protein or water.....
3 tbsp of Natty PB? I do not know your dietary approach but that sounds a bit much for one sitting. 2 tbsp should be sufficient.
Good stuff though right? I love it.

It is definately nasty.......I too just drop it behind the tongue. I've only been using it for a little while, but it seems to be working.
I will definatley have to keep a look out for the "really nice skin"........(2 snaps and a circle).....lol

Flaxseed is nothing, you want to taste something bad try
Milk Protein Isolate from allthewhey.
I take it everday before bed. The smell alone makes me want to throw up.
