What brand of protein are you using?
I use galaxy protein......
3gms fat
12 carbs
30 protein per scoop.
Your thoughts? anything better you guys use?
I just wanted to compare to see what everyone does.

That's a ton of carbs per scoop!
I use Optimum from my supplement store and AlltheWhey.

This may sound like a pretty gay thing to say but.... hows the taste?
I tried to switch to isopure a few months back and it tasted like raw ass.

Isopure low carb choc tastes awesome... what flavor did you have????

Isopure chocolate is the best flavor I have tried.
However, I am using custom blends from trueprotein.com. I have a PWO blend, an all day blend, and a night time blend.

You can never beat the taste of Muscle Milk, but for a good whey protein drink I use ON Chocolate Mint... not bad.
I do however want to try the CytoSport EvoPro stuff. Supposed to taste like Muscle Milk w/out the fat/sugars/carbs. Anyone else tried this?

My all time fave is the "Evo-Pro", made by Cytosport, those who make muscle milk.
"MELON PATCH"..............
My God, that stuff tastes like Watermelon Bubblelicious gum.........I want to eat the entire container........

Well, it's a "bit" high on the fat/carbs IMHO per serving, but I can get away w/it when I am on maintenance/bulking/"don't give a sh*t" phase.
Per scoop:
26 grams of protein
Just under 3 grams of carbs.
Just under 3 grams of fat.
Not too bad like I said, but if you have 2 to 2.5 scoops per serving as I do, the other macros can add up. I'd not use it for cutting, no.
