    Who does this?

How many of you guys eat different things and macros at different times depending on what muscle group you are working that day?? Recently I have been finding that I change my diet a lot on certain days esp. Leg day and Back day...... I've been changing some of my meals, for instance Pre workout 1.5 hours before hand I am eating an apple with a protein shake now..... and it seems to be working great. Then on other days where I am repairing the larger muscle groups and still lifting and I shifting nutrients to help repair the large muscle group better. It's strange, but somehow it is working much better than when I attempted to eat the same macros everyday I worked out. I feel like I'm losing fat much faster, even on days when I add the extra Pro/Carb meal to the list.

How different is your diet on certain days of the week? Anyone do something similar to this? I'm just playing with new ideas recently because I got bored with dieting the same way over and over.....and I am really liking the results thus far doing it this way

the only thing i really change is that on "off" days (just cardio) my carbs are in the AM and my protein is roughly 75-100 grams higher on these days, but thats it.
