SO im really getting into lifting and ive learned that diet is very important....now ive worked with my trainer and this is what we came up with...Commets,opinions, and if you critique i will apprecaite it....

4-5 eggs in a pan w non fat pam cooking spray
1/2-1 cup oatmeal
banana
11:30-1200
Protein shake whey
200-230
grilled chicken breast with veggies or dirty rice
430-500
grilled chicken with veggies
730
can of tuna-albacore
PSW shake
protein shake before bed-casine

Im at 205 lbs now and trying to cut out fat and gain lean mass
