    Talking machin3 official diet plan

    SO im really getting into lifting and ive learned that diet is very important....now ive worked with my trainer and this is what we came up with...Commets,opinions, and if you critique i will apprecaite it....

    930am
    4-5 eggs in a pan w non fat pam cooking spray
    1/2-1 cup oatmeal
    banana

    11:30-1200
    Protein shake whey

    200-230
    grilled chicken breast with veggies or dirty rice

    430-500
    grilled chicken with veggies

    730
    can of tuna-albacore

    PSW shake

    protein shake before bed-casine


    What you guys think?

    Im at 205 lbs now and trying to cut out fat and gain lean mass

    ** Take out the banana, add a protein shake with 1 scoop of protein, make sure the oats are the slow cook kind***


    11:30-1200
    Protein shake whey

    ** 2 scoops of protein, add 2 tablespoons of flax**

    200-230
    grilled chicken breast with veggies or dirty rice

    ** I don't know what dirty rice is but take the carbs out of the meal eliminate the rice, add some olive oil to the veges (no corn carrots or peas)**


    430-500
    grilled chicken with veggies

    Same as 2:00 meal

    730
    can of tuna-albacore

    *** Add 2 tbsp of full fat mayo**

    PSW shake

    protein shake before bed-casine
    ** add some natural peanut butter or flax**


    I also think you should add a meal 1 hour after your PWO shake, chicken or fish, with brown rice or a sweet potato.

    Im no pro but I think those changes will make a HUGE impact on your cutting.

    My mom makes this the BOMB, as she is a Cajun from Louisiana who can cook her (__!__) off. Needless to say the dirty rice I am accustomed to eating is NOT a diet food at all.
