Last meal
meal 1 : pro/fat
meal 2 : pro/fat
meal 3 : pro/fat
meal 4 : pwo=pro/carbs
meal 5 : ppwo=pro/carbs
if i wanted to add 1 more meal it shouldnt be pro/fat cuz the insulin might still be spiked rite?

to be on the safe side I wouldnt have 6th meal with pro/fat combination. If you want to add another pro/fat meal before meal 4&5 then go for it.

pwo=high GI carbs, ppwo=high/moderate GI carbs last 1(b4 bed) low GI carbs

seems like you goals are to cut so I dont know what time the 6th meal is at. You could if it was splittting up the macros between meal 5. Just add in another pro/fat meal during the day and make it simple on yourself

last meal will prob be 1-2 hrs b4 bedtime (goal is slow cuttin /keeping muscle all of it)

Personally, I would add another pro/fat meal after your PPWO. As long as it's not too close to your PPWO it should be ok.
