Almonds as my fat in a pro/fat meal
Can I eat a couple servings of almonds to serve as my fat with my protein. While I am here critique my bulking diet. 5'10 195 12%bf 26yoa.
1:30pm
1 cup skim milk
2 scoops whey
1cup oatmeal
1 bannana
3:30pm PWO
2 scoops whey
1/2 cup dextrose
5:00pm PPWO
8oz chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
7:30pm
2 scoops whey
2tbsp flax
10:00pm
8oz chicken breast
1 can green beans
2 whole eggs
1:00am
Large can of tuna
1tbsp mayo
Mustard
3:00am
8oz chicken breast
1 Whole egg
1 tbsp Natty PB
6:00am BEDTIME
3 scoops whey
