    Near perfect cutting cycle

    1 Oatmeal 1/2 cup
    Egg Whites 2 cups
    Protein 1.5 scoops
    Multivitamin, B Complex, Glucosamine,Vitamin C, Milk Thistle

    2 Tuna 1 can
    Protein 1.5 scoops
    Veggies 1 cup
    Udo's Choice Oil 1 Tbsp
    Total:

    PWO 3 Protein 2.5 scoops
    Dextrose 3 Scoops (70g)
    Glucosamine, Vitamin C

    4 Chicken Breast 8 ounces
    Broccoli, chopped, cooked 1 cup
    Brown Rice 1/2 cup

    5 Salmon 5 ounces
    Broccoli, chopped, cooked 1 cup
    Tuna 1 can

6 Cottage Cheese, lowfat 1 cup
    Protein 1 scoop

That equals approximately: 3000 cals 266g carbs 436g protein 54g fat

I plan to be in the 220 - 225 range when I start cutting at about 14%bf. Are tehre any other tweaks that I should make in my diet? Also, I'm gonna be using AS and things like ECA and Clen (maybe even some T3, all ran properly of course) and was wondering if I can allow myself to drop any more cals... I wanna get down to about 10% and maybe even single digits.

    thanx for the help

    looks solid!!

out of curiousity, how did you arrive at 436g protein? Seems very high for the foods you've listed, as well as being very high as a daily total...

for PWO, is 2.5 scoops protein an appropriate amount considering your only taking in 70g dextrose (should be 2:1 ratio, right)

the protein does seem pretty high but I put all the values into a spreadsheet and totalled everything up nice and neatly that way.

Do any of you think 266g carbs is too much? Also, I'm at about 3000 cals and I plan on being about 225 going into cutting... is 3000 to little or too much in anyones opinion?

    thanx

I'm no expert, but I think your diet looks pretty good. At the very least, its a great starting point. I usually start with a base diet and modify it as I go based on the results I'm getting. Do you have too many carbs? Is 3000 the right number? I don't know. There are too many factors involved for any of us to be able to answer that. But why don't you try it a see where you get in a week or two and modify as needed. Just my $0.02.

I'll throw it out there and say that 300g of carbs is probably a little on the heavy side, as well as 3000cals. I know several very big guys who cut with half the carbs you're using and about 600 or 700 less cals and do very well. But on the other hand that's what works for them, try it out, maybe your body can handle those kind of numbers and still lose fat.

    Are you doing cardio?

Thats what I was looking for... I guess that diet is gonna be my base for the first week, then ill cut out some carbs and try to bring the cals down below 2500.

    thanx for the help guys
