chicken breasts
chicken breast
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
hey ive changed my protein source from ion exchange protein to mostly chicken breasts and i was wondering what would the percentage of protein be on a lean, no additives nothing extra added on, piece of chicken breast...
also.. if i cooked one, and saved it inside a sealed plastic bagg inside a refigerator how long could i keep it in the fridge without going bad?

I'd have to say that on an average sized chicken breast your looking at 42 grams of protien, however after the heat factor your probably talking more like 37 or 38 grams. You could keep it in the fridge for probably 4-5 days after you cook it, but I wouldnt go more than that, actually, I never make it past a day or two after I cook my chicken breasts, hahaha.
