Using this creatine/glutamine product while cutting
I recently was given this product by a friend to try:

Anyone ever use this? It doesn't taste that bad.
I have a few questions:
1) It says to take 1 heaping teaspoon mixed with 8 ounces of water prior to training. That's only 5 g of creatine. Should I take it more than once a day the days I'm training? Also, should I take it the days I don't workout?
2) Should I take it the days I do cardio?
3) Do I need to cycle this? Or could I take it everyday for the rest of my life?
4) Do I need to load this creatine?
5) Will this creatine be good if I'm cutting?
Any help would be appreciated.
