On non-workout days, how many carbs should I be looking at for my pro/carb meal?
I'm cutting and my stats are:
28yo
6'0 220lbs
probably 20% bf

someone your size i think you could get away with having 40-45 grams of carbs in the AM after cardio from oats, but you'll have to fiddle with this as everyone is different.

Well I was going to keep the carbs in the evening to make sure I get the full fat burning effects from my morning cardio. I will go with 40-45g for now.Quote:
