3 or 6 meals to put on size?
quick question wouldnt you want to eat 3-4 big meals a day if you are looking to put on size, to slow your metabolism down? I always read about 6-8 meals a day, and how doing so would raise your metabolism, but wouldnt it be opposite for someone that has a high metabolism already and is trying to put some size on his bulker cycle?

6-8 meals a day either bulking or cutting.....the difference is the amount of calories.

what is the difference if i am bulking and i take in the same amount of calories and protien with 4 meals than 6-8?
