new diet seems to be causing nightsweats...
not too sure on whether or not its from my diet, but for the past 2 weeks ive really been doing a serious bulking diet, taking in at least 250 grams of protein a day and just basically eating till i cant eat anymore. but now that i actually got really serious into my diet ive been waking up at about 6am every morning and being hot as hell, usually have sweat coming off my forehead and whatnot. it wont even be hot in my house either. i wake up and fully open my window, and fall back asleep. im thinking this is from diet switch up but not too sure. anybody have experiences like this?
