need a fast diet to drop 15-30lbs?????
im looking to drop 15-30lbs in a month if i can. im 238lb and 6'1. the only places im looking to drop the fat is some in the chest and belly. i go to the gym 6 days a week and only do 10min of running (not enough i know). but other then putting more time on the running i need a diet. can anyone hook me up with a day by day diet that is not to complicated? thanks

i dont think the diet sticky will help with dropping 30 lbs in a month.... haha

i lost 50lbs in two months and took about 2 more to gain it all back ...losing weight fast is just a quick fix and really isnt all that healhty for you...unless sacrificing lean mass is OK in your book

The cutting sticky is designed to drop BF and maintain muscle and i would suggest you do it the right way.
