"The Idiot Proof Diet Handbook"
I was browsing dieting tips online and came arcoss this so called "idiot proof deit handbook". I went through the site and allthough i do no know much about dieting it seems to be like a good thing to try. Heres a link to that website
http://weightloss4idiots.com/index2.html
Calorie shifting seems to be what this diet is based around.. is it worth spendiing the cash for the diet plan and what not? It seems easy enough to follow as ill be busy going full time and also working.
If anyone could let me know what they think about this.. PLEEAAASEEE let me know.. thanks )

Most "non bodybuilder" diets are for people concerned with weight loss, not fat loss. If your macros and calories aren't in the right proportions, yes, you can lose weight but you can also lose some hard earned muscle.

The best site for diet(free) I've found is www.fitday.com,
Register and trck what you eat everyday. Most of it explains itself once you study a bit, and you can make a public journal for others to look at, to get an idea whats going on...

That site is a joke.
"Low carb diets don't work".
How assinine is THAT?
The diets work fine, it's the PEOPLE WHO RUN THEM that don't know how to do so correctly.
True joke, but good for a laugh!
