    Question on cutting sticky

    Please correct me where I am wrong, thanks!

    "That turns into approximately 300 grams protein, 130 grams Carbs, and 50 grams of fat."

    The amount of carbs seems to be off.

    300 grams protein = 50grams x 6 meals =(ok)
    50 grams fat = 3 servings Flax oil + fat from protein sources = (ok)

    Carbs = 1/2 cup oats(27g) + 1/2 rice (27g) + PWO shake (?) -- does not equal 130grams carbs

    PWO shake = 2:1 ratio (carbs/protein) = 100 grams carbs + 50 grams protein

    Thus total carb intake for the day is = 154 grams and not 130 grams (27+27+100)

    Does it even matter? Or should a "200lb man @15% bodyfat" proposed in the cutting sticky adjust the carbs to get the 130 grams?

    Maybe I am just thinking too much..lol

    Again, please correct me (flame me) , where I am mistaken.

    thanks!

    "net" carbs from the oatmeal is only like 21. . .so thats a bit closer. However it all depends on how carb sensative YOU ARE. some guys whil cutting take in like 90 grams of carbs a day, but others like myself take in about 180. Its something your gonna have to adjust yourself and figure out.
