    Diet question

For a bulking diet does anyone have and quick easy recipies for the chicken and the ground beef. Something that tastes decent and can still fit into the schedule.

For chicken I just use Johhny's Seasoning and a George Forman Grill. It never fails......and when I cook Trukey meat (its cheaper than beef which is why I buy it) I just use pepper. It works for me........and if I really can't stomach it then I just put in two peices of bread for a sandwitch. Don't do that if you're on a diet though.

Also, when you shop for chicken check the package to make sure it wasn't fed anti-biotics......because if it was, then there are a few grams of arsenic in it. Even though its not fatal, the arsenic in chicken has been linked to causing other health problems. Just something I learned from Men's Health

Personally, with the ground beef (when bulking) I make myself some cheeseburgers with Whole Bread Slices and fat free sliced cheese and some ketchup.

As for the chicken breasts, I marinade them for a couple of hours in a vegetal oil/soya sauce mixture. I put'em for an hour in the oven at 350 f .
