diet problem for my bulker
9am meal 1: pro/carbs
12pm meal 2: pro/fat
230pm meal 3: pro/carb
5pm meal 4: pro/fat
6pm workout
730pm meal 5: pwo shake
830pm meal 6: pro/carb
10pm meal 7: pro/fat
11pm meal 8: pro/fat
now that was my diet plan on most days, but heres the problem some days i cant workout at 6pm but i workout at 8pm so how can i adjust the meals properly and i cant extend my meal time as i would like to go to sleep at about 1130
