gaining mass having trouble getting calories i need some help quick plzz
I am on test 300 and deca 300 cycle i kno i kno shud be runnin test higher then the deca... but neways i am gettin the protein and carbs i need but i just cant seem to get 3000+ calories a day i get like 2000 and a little over i have mass tech as many weight gainer high calorie supplement but that only suffices for about 860 cals some high cal foods will help thank

Why are you on gear if you can't even eat correctly?
Cart before the horse here bud.
Read the bulking sticky above, and focus on getting your DIET in order FIRST, then add ancillaries if you choose to do so.
Man, I really HATE these kinds of posts. Seem to be a lot of these lately.

its not that i cant eat correctly i just cant seem to find alot of calories i get my carbs and my protein in fine its not going to totally throw off my whole cycle by being short some calories.. i jsut wanted to see if anyone knew any high calorie foods that would be good for me

Pizza
Ice Cream
Donuts

I eat brown rice i eat turkey sandwiches i eat fruit and my greens i ate steak i ate yams i eat baked potatoes, i drink lots of milk i eat whole grain bread i eat oatmeali eat broccoli i eat chicken i eat eggs... but when i add up the calories it doesnt seem to be alot... but thank for nothin

if it doesnt seem to be a lot then you arent eating enough... what more do you want from people?? simply eat more food, its not f***kin brain science.

Dude just take a look at the bulking sticky. If you have 6-7 meals with pro/fat/carb there is no way you can't get 3000 calories, it's about 500 calories a meal. I am on a cutting diet, I get about 2200 calories and I am permanently hungry 24/7. I wish I could eat another 1000cals.

healthy fats like flax and peanut butter are good ways to add "healthy calories" take them with protein

Yes, like swole said, a fukked up diet WILL fukk up your cycle.
