T3/Clen Diet?
I'm wondering what you guys think of this diet that I made up for myself... I'll be using t3/Clen while on it.
Meal 1
2 peices of multi grain Toast
3 egg whites, 1 yolk
40g's pro shake
Meal 2
Can of Tuna (1 tablespoon of light mayo)
30g's of pro shake
Meal 3
Baked Potato
6oz of Chicken Breast
veggies
Meal 4
Pwo, Shake 60g's of pro
1 banana
Meal 5
6 oz of chicken or turkey
1 baked potato
veggies
Meal 6
45g's of pro shake
3 egg whites
Wondering if this is a sufficient diet while taking the compounds I'll be on, Should I am to keep my cals a bit higher? maybe drop or switch some of my carbs? Anything else anyone would like to add? Going to do a fair bit of cardio but nothing too excessive, 3 times a week for 30mins should be good for me right now.

I'd avoid the use of T3 unless you are taking a minimum of 400 mgs. of testosterone per week. It will eat your lean muscle mass very quickly.

Yeah, I used the banana because I get a fair bit of cramping from clen , even with taurine. Other then that... The carbs seem really low for what you've set up... But then again... I've never done a diet while on t3 or clen before. Thanks bro,

Along with 500mg of Deca .
I was going to compete in april but like I said a while back I had pneumonia and there isn't many other comps I can do until I finish up my University business.

The taurine isn't used for the cramping, its used because clenbuterol depletes the taurine levels in your liver.

I've heard it helps... but like anything else with AAS... theory's are made and destroyed all the time.

Anavar is weak, I'd be VERY careful.
Honestly!
