It always cooks it too dry for me...but i suck at timing so its probably something I'm doing wrong. I use my stovetop grill to cook mine. I cut chicken breasts into strips and then just thrown them on the grill, I use regular peper and and cayan pepper, and then just Sprinke some good ole hot sauce. Been doing it like this for about a month and not getting tired of it yet.

Edited because my dumbass can't spell.

I liked my grill. It tended to be quick and easy and my chicken was always tasty. Franks is the sh!t … I love that stuff. However it is a little to high in sodium for me but I still grub it.

Are you f*ucking kidding. I thought that everyone had a George Forman Grill. I got one at home and one at work. You do have to get the timing right though, otherwise it will come out dry. Somehow I have profected this one. Get one there well worth the price, trust me!

.........I like mine too, but Man, are they a buzzard to clean! Anybody got some dynamite cleaning tips?? I saw a new model for $100.00 the other day that lets you remove the grates and put them in the dishwasher - that would be great!! (pun intended).

When I warm it up to cook food, once it's warm I use the scraper that it came with and scrape out the channels, then wipe the outer channel with a wet paper towel. Very easy, takes like 1 minute or less. It's very easy to clean once the unit is warm, as nothing sticks.

depends on the size of the piece of chicken, best thing to do is invest in a probe to check core temp. of foods and remember all food should be 75 degrees Celcius at least

If you want to cook outside (weather permitting) fire up a huge grill for 1 piece of chicken, deal w/charcoal, lighter fluid, etc.

    No thanks.

I have 2 foreman grills... a massive "double" grill that will cook an entire turkey, and a nice small one just big enough for 2 burger patties.

I like the small one better personally as it takes up less counter space and is a lot easier to clean.

I cook mostly burger patties (extra lean ground beef held together with 100mg of egg whites), chicken breasts and salmon steaks.

It all comes out nicely, but you have to check your food a lot or else you overcook it and it becomes dry.

I got the biggest foreman they make, the Jumbo George, I wish I never bought the **** thing as it takes up the entire countertop on either side of my sink, its such a bit*h!! I dont like it for chicken, but for lean beef it's the way to go, mine has the non stick surface starting to wear off of it!!

...Come to think of it, I think that's why I find mine a beeyoch to clean. I've used it so much that the non-stick stuff is disintegrating. I'm gonna pick up the "dishwasher safe" model and give it a whirl. I'll report to the crew later!
