Eating on a morning workout schedule?
Hey boys and girls! Just looking for some suggestions here. My wife and I are starting morning workouts and I know we need something to eat before we workout. Then I know we shoudl have something to eat after as well. A shake should do for one of these meals, I am sure. Could we just use two shakes? One before and one after? Any othersuggestions as to what we could eat would be appreciated. Thanx all!

sorry bout that. I mean lifting. I know morning cardio shoudl be done on an empty stomach. I guess I am asking because I don't want to get to the gym with a full stomach and puke it all up because of training in the am. Any suggestions?

I would do a protein shake, and a sweet potato before. (easy ont he stomach)
You shouldnt be puking anything up from lifting.
Follow with a PWO shake (2-1 dext to protein)
and then another meal an hour after with protein and carbs (oatmeal, brown rice)
