Dex Keep You Awake ??

Sometimes I complete my workouts later in the day @ 5 or 6 and I have my PWO shake immetitely after. I have found that the shake , which is dex and whey and water keeps me up late at night. Has anyone else experianced this ?? Dex has caffenine in it right ??

Dextrose is PURE SUGAR it does NOT have caffeine NO.

As well, your shake would not be the last meal you'd consume before bed either.

Lastly, no, dextrose does not keep me awake at all.
