6-8 smaller meals, one every 2-3 hours is better.....keeps you from going catabolic. Cutting or bulking.

Low carb wraps with lean turkey, cheese and very little ranch dressing. make up a couple and put them in zip-lock baggies. Tuna fish salad or plain ole tuna fish right out the can. There's all kinds of things you can prep before you leave the house....just have to plan it out of what you can and can't eat. Whole foods are best....keep shakes and protein bars to about one or two per day.

Jerky and assorted nuts (often almonds, peanuts, cashews) is my favorite on the go meal...

I dehydrate my own jerky, shlt is **** tasty and it saves a ton of $$ (and sodium) over store bought jerky!

Also, if your really pressed in between classes, have a shaker cup with whey in it, and a water bottle with water+1tbsp flax or olive oil in it. Mix up and drink, its a 20 second pro/fat meal that i often use due to timing at work/in between lectures!

    Diet is dedication.

None of us will say its easy but isn't it worth it to look good? I think so.
