    critique my natural bulker

    I am 28 years old 5 4" (short) weigh 155 and BF 13%.I have been bulking for 12 weeks with good gains after 6 weeks off training.Right now i am not putting on weight . I know i have to eat more but i am worried about putting on too much fat. I already eat high calories compared to what i weigh.I also have this probably genetic problem.My gut sticks out further than my chest from just below the sternum all the way down.Now i do have fat in the lower abs but top i can barely pinch 1/4 inch.So what do you guys think ,get bf down to 6-7% then bulk again or keep going on with my Bulker?

    Meal 1 PRO/CARB 40g whey protein & 1 cup oatmeal

    Meal 2 PRO/FAT 200g tuna 4 egg whites 2 yolks & 2 tablespoons olive oil

    Meal 3 PRO/CARB 200 g ckicken breast & 75g basmati rice plus vegies

    Meal 4 PRO/FAT 200g tuna & salad + 2 tablespoons olive oil

    Meal 5 PWO 46g whey protein + 70g Dextrose & maltodextrin

    Meal 6 PPWO 200g chicken,fish or steak + 75g Basmati rice

    Meal 7 PRO/FAT 30g whey in water + 1 tablespoon olive oil

    PRO - 300g CARBS - 300 Fat - 100

    any morning cardio? IMO carbs and fat seem a little high but im by no means a diet guru. Bump for some vets.

    IMO i would take out 1 tbsp of O.Oil in meal 2 and put it in meal 7 to even it out a bit. Remember you want enough fat in your last meal to slow down the digestion while you sleep
