    What am i leaving out?

    8:00 am glutamine 5g/begin cardio
    8:45 am glutamine 5g/ end cardio
    9:15 am chicken breast 2 cups oatmeal/flax
    11:45 am protein shake/flax
    2:00 pm cube steak brown rice
    4:30 pm chicken breast/ sweet potato
    5:00 pm workout
    6:00 pwo shake with creatine/carbs
    7:30 cube steak/ veggies
    9:30 chicken breast/ flax
    11:30 proteing shake
    11:45 BEDTIME

    iS THIS TO MUCH FOR A CUTTING DIET? I ALWAYS EAT THIS MANY TIMES EVERYDAY BUT I USUALLY ADD IN ALOT MORE CARBS ON MASS PHASES/ BUT I AM WONDERING SHOULD I DROP SOME MEALS?

    Great general guide. I'd read it and correct the errors you have in your approach for far better results.

    THIS SHOULD BE 2:1 PRO/DEX, DROP THE CREATINE CRAP.

    7:30 cube steak/ veggies
    I WOULD MAKE THIS CHICKEN, BROWN RICE, VEGGIES...AS THIS SHOULD BE PRO/CARB

    9:30 chicken breast/ flax
    OK!

    11:30 proteing shake
    WHERE ARE YOUR FATS? TRY NO FAT COTTAGE CHEESE W/ 2 TBSP NATTY PB

    11:45 BEDTIME

    You need to read the cutting stickie and then read it again, way to many flaws in your approach. Do you not like Tuna? It should be added to your overall dietary approach as it is a good source of protein and is low cost.
